Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education (including the statutory RSE programme) is a school subject through which pupils can develop knowledge, skills and attributes they need to manage their lives, now and in the future. These skills and attributes help children stay healthy, safe and prepare them for life and work in modern Britain. It is a curriculum of Life as it teaches children the skills they will need throughout their lives.
